Redlands early years

Community  engagement to define the best model for integrated early childcare provision

Outpost Consulting, together with Young Futures, were commissioned to engage with the Redlands community in the co-design of an early years service with wraparound health, parenting and family support services.  

The process was designed to elicit the greatest possible level and range of engagement with the families in the area as well as with the local health, education and family support services.  Through this inclusive process, we designed and validated a service model that responded to the needs of those who need to most, while coordinating existing services and integrating local community and professional knowledge.
